It is the trucking companies insurance that should pay. You should be able to get 3 estimates and choose who fixes it. There is no reason you have to use the dealer you bought it from for repairs. I would get separate estimates on all the damage from both events from outside shops, and your dealer. Since the Jeep dealer will be able to get the parts for less then an outside shop, they can fix it the cheapest. Tell the dealer you are going to take it else ware to get fixed unless they want to do the repairs and include your deductable from the theft . Since they have some responsability in not providing a safe place to park your Jeep in their lot they should work with you. Good Luck, I think you need some. Yes, but.... a lot of times when you sign the paper saying the dealer can "fix" your rig... in the fine print it also says that they are not responsible for theft or damage to your rig while in their possesion. The dealership is pretty much off limits...but the trucker is another story.

I speak from someone who has been there...you have two options:
1> Do what's 'Right' and wait for the trucking company to send out their appraiser to write it up and deal with them which could take a long time to get resolved. This makes them pay for it and 'maybe' they will get around to it eventually....
2> Decide to just eat it and turn it in to your insurance. Pay the deductible and let your insurance get the money out of the trucking company. At least this way, your in control and it gets fixed....but you may never get your money back...
Both options have Pros and Cons. I myself had a 1999 Dakota pickup in the same situation. I was rear ended (only messed up the rear bumber...nothing else) by a young kid with no insurance (and driving without shoes!). I was forced to use my insurance to replace the rear bumper (I did get my deductible back on this one - My insurance company sued the kid). While at the body shop, a flatbed tow truck backed into my front end. Messed up the hood, grill, driver headlight and driver front fender. I waited over a week trying to get the tow truck company to appraise it and I constantly got the song and dance. Worst part: I was driving a Ford Aspire as my rental. Finally, I got fed up, paid my deductible and had another shop do the repair under my own insurance. The tow truck company went out of business so the insurance was never able to get them to court. I really feel I would never had gotten it taken care of if I waited on the tow truck company either. I didn't have the driver name either to sue or go that route....I got it fixed, but was out my insurance deductible.
Eitherway, when you sign the estimate with the repair shop, it legally waived any rights you have to make them pay for the damage on their property. A real good repair shop would have stepped up and work with you. Unfortunately for me (and sounds like for you) I didn't have a good repair shop. So I took it elsewhere....I suggest whatever you do, you do the same...
