I am transplanted in the sw corner of chicago land! according to rand mcnally. Been here thirteen years now minus a couple of deployments! Not a terrible place but I do miss the mountains!

I used to live in Broadview and Palatine, suburbs of Chicago when I was a kid. I don't remember seeing any Jeeps back then. I've always wondered if they are popular in the big city, my guess is no.

Actually they are very popular here. Unlimiteds are popping up everywhere as well. Check out GLJT.org (Great Lakes Jeep Thing) you'll see a nice representaion there.
