Hello everyone, Been on the forums a few weeks now, thought I would introduce myself. I used to own an 04 wrangler sport, but as luck would have it I rolled it. So now Iv'e got an 04 LJ. I really liked my TJ but am quickly falling in love with my LJ. Here are some pics. The wrecked TJ And the new LJ Now

The insurance company said it was a total loss, so I bought the salvage on it and sold it to a buddy.

That sticker on the crumpled TJ hood is classic.

Nice Jeep. Welcome to the boards.
I see you got the bumpers and wheels from the old Jeep. Another good move.

Yep, We pretty much stripped the tj , stored everything in the garage for about a month till we could find the lj. Then in one weekend put everything on the lj.....lift, tires, bumpers, winch,cb,and lights. Even swaped out the rearend. I run a ford 8.8 in the rear.....sold the Dana 44 for $1100.00
I know the 44s are pretty strong, but already had the 8.8 built up with the locker and all, so all I had to do was regear the front to 4.11, and put in the locker.
This weekend I'll be putting a Tera low 4 to 1 conversion in the t-case.
I know it sounds like a lot of money......but it's just to easy to sign your name and walk away (credit cards suck )
I don't do all this work by myself......we have an offroad club and we all help each other out.
