So i was first wondering if 33 inch tires would fit with the 2 inch budget boost and a 1 inch body lift without rubbing. I guess i would also get wider fenders. And second, are there any 33 x 12.5's that will fit on the stock unlimited rims?

I think you would need more lift than that. They might fit, but if you did any offroading something would hit. As far as I know, the stock wheel is an 8", so a 33" would fit. Will it rub on full lock turns? Maybe.

Quite a few people are running the RE 3.5" lift with 33x10.5x15 on stock rims. Any wider than 10.5, and you'll need wheels with more offset or some wheel spacers. Some say that you can just put some washers on your steering stops to keep the fronts from rubbing, but the back end is in danger of having your sidewalls get torn up on your spring mounts.

Ok, Here's my setup
33 BFG MT's on black rockcrawlers 15 10.5 2 inch budget boost 1.25 body lift 1 inch motor mount lift. I have never had any rub at all. It's been offroading, climbed rocks and never had any issues of rubbing.
The only thing I would consider buying is shocks, it puts a lot of stress on your shocks like that but I have had no problems so far.

A guy in my club has a swb rubi with 2" BB and 1" BL He's running 33 MTR's on eagle alloys with about 4" offset or something close to that.
No rubbing at all.

With a tire wider than the 10.5 you run the risk of rubbing on your rear spring perch. SO you could buy new rims, get wheel spacers like Spidertrax or some others or you could go agro with a grinder and shave off .5 in. of your spring perch like some guy did on his SWB in the jeep forum. The spidertrax will run you about $250, black steelies will cost anywhere from $200+. WIth MNZLNGR set up you will be able to stuff them under but at full tilt you will rub your fenders $$$. You could go with the OME 2.5 + 1-1.25 in BL and get away with it.
