I have an 05 Unlimited and the blower fan only works when I turn it on high. I assume it's a blower motor resistor. Where is that located on the unlimited's so I can replace. Taking it to the dealer is darn expensive. Could it be any other simple fix? And what the heck does the resistor look like?

I replaced mine a few weeks ago. It's fairly easy. The part itself was about $22 from the dealership. Make sure you get the one that looks like a black credit card with a female plug on it for the wire harness. It is physically located under the glovebox. To access it, I took off the floor lamp (1-screw), and one wire clip. If you remove your glovebox, you'll see a big bright green wiring harness. The resistor is located down and to the right from there. It has a black "box" looking thing which is visible with white letters that say "velejo Mexico" (or something like that). There are two 5/16" hex head screws that you need to take out, and you'll need to slide the red clip on the wire harness out to unlock it. The wire harness was tough to get to separate...but with a little persistance I got mine out.
Also... It's recommended to disconnect the negative (black) battery terminal and let things sit for 5-10 minutes, to prevent any sort of accidental setting off of your airbags. I'm not sure if that could really happen, but I wasn't willing to take any chances. After all, the battery terminal comes off easy (1/2" wrench).
