First, good to see another cheesehead on the forums! I can only presume since thier site says "It even comes with a true receiver tube with tow chain hooks, unlike inferior bumpers who just use square stock to make their trailer receiver mount." that it could be used for towing. I would want to make sure that it mounts directly to the frame in several spots. I also see at the bottom, that they sell a "heavy duty frame crossmember"...I miight consider that if I was planning on towing with it. Your LJ is rated for 3500 Lbs of towing....never more than that. But to answer your question...No, I don't have the A to Z bumper.

Most rear bumpers with a hitch are originally meant as a recovery point - meaning you are pulling a ~3500lbs (or more) vehicle out of the mud - you are easily putting more stress on that point than pulling a 3500lbs trailer on pavement.
So...the Unlimited is rated to 3500lbs and the bumper should be more than adequate to pull that. Make sure you don't put a majority of that weight on the tongue as it isn't made to take a lot of vertical pressure - more horizontal.

First, good to see another cheesehead on the forums! Likewise! I talked to Zach over at AtoZ Fab and he said (paraphrasing) legallly I can't condone this bumper for street towing as it is not DOT rated, but I and many other people have used it to tow up to the rated capacities of their jeeps without problem.
