Well guys.. it's time! I've been dreading this day, not because I'm nervous or scared, but because I'll be leaving my family behind. For those of you who don't know, I joined the Army, my long time passion, and I'm leaving to Fort. Leonard Wood. The recruiter will be coming by tomorrow morning.. I just want to say thank you to all of the people on this board. You guys have been great. No ass hats like Pirate, etc. Also there's a lot of great tech stuff on here. I've enjoyed logging in everyday to see what someone posted.. Well, I'll see you guys in 5 months or so, I'm doing OSUT, or One Station Unit Training, and will be in Basic for 10 weeks, and AIT for 9 weeks. I'm going to be an MP. Wish me luck! -Jered

Thanks for serving Jered!
Maybe in your training you'll have a chance to ride in some of the Bradleys and MRAPS we build ...
