Hello Folks, Got caught in a wild thinderstorm here in NJ late this afternoon. Both sides were off and cargo area and seat got drenched. Having a hard time getting the sides back on. Should I line everything up and zipper OR zipper then lineup? Help is greatly appreciated. first timer here... Thanks, Rich..

I don't have a soft top, so I can't help with the install info. However, you might want to leave it open for a couple of days. I think the weather is supposed to be nice, and you're going to want to get plenty of air in there so it dries nice and fresh.

Hope this helps regarding the side windows:
Zip a few inches, get the front pockets in place (behind the doors) then zip the rest of the way. Once zipped, tuck in the bottom tab. The manual and video say start at the back and work forward but I found it easier to start by the door and work backwards....
For backwindows, zip it around but leave it a few inches from the bottom. Unzip the second zipper a few inches from the bottom. Tuck in the bottom rail of the window. Then zip the sides down the rest of the way and tuck in the two bottom tabs (one on each side of the tailgate).
Course you could always read the manual... ;D but what fun would that be...

I found this to work well. on the sides, use the velcro at the back to hold the end of the window while you work the front.
Undo the rear piece of the "slide in" fasteners over the door, this gives more room to work with the zipper.
Zip the top and the window together just enough to hold it, then fasten the part at the front that runs parallel to the door. hold that in the grooves with one hand while zipping the window (until it holds on its own). Zip the window fully, and then fastent the bottom rail. Refasten the part over the door.
For the back, I found it REALLY easy to remove the bar at the bottom by sliding it out, then just using the zippers as normal. once zipped, open each side zipper about 4 inches to work with the flap to re install the bar, then completely fasten.
The whole process takes less than 5 minutes after you get used to it.
I also went to wal-mart and bought about 4 yards of black felt. I use this as padding between the windows in order to roll them up and keep them in the Jeep when not installed.
This way, if I ever get caught in the rain storms, I can pull off somewhere and put in the windows before i get soaked too much.
