So, here's how my Rubi is looking right now. Still running the BFG's and Mickey Thompson's..but need to sell them!! 
But this is with the RE 3.5" SF and the JKS 1.25" BL and 33x12.50R15 BFG MT's. Once I get the BFG's and MT's sold I am going to get some Super Swamper SSR's in a 285/75R16 size I believe. I like that they measure 34" tall too. So, here's some pics of the build up over the past several months, from stock, to OME kit, to RE kit...I figured I'd post it in here so that people considering different configurations to their Unlimited's could look at the difference in mine from one kit to another, etc.
Stock:
Stock, but with 265/75R16 BFG AT's:
With OME/JKS kit and 255/85R16 Trxus MT's:
