Just bought my 05 Unlimited

Just picked it up this week. This is my second jeep, I used to own a CJ back in my youth.
I haven't had a chance to go through all of the site yet, and haven't bumped into any locally yet that has an 04-06. Are there any mechanical issues that I should be aware of? Or at least that I should take a look at? We are still getting aquainted...

Welcome to the world of the LJ. I don't know of any areas to look at that have mechanical problems. The best thing you can do is change all the fluids. That way you have a good starting point. I have an 04 and the only thing that has gone wrong is the blower relay. That is a common TJ/LJ problem. Other then that the thing has been pretty bullit proof. Enjoy the new toy!
