Everything is fine here. The site has been real quiet lately. Maybe after the kids are out of school and people start their summer routines things will pickup.

I wonder if it's quiet because we're all staying home due to the price of gas. I have to admit that my Jeep is being used to run around in town. I haven't taken a long trip in it for several months. mainly due to the insane gas prices. And I've taken my ATV riding out on the trails, but not the Jeep for sometime.

I've been working 60+ hrs/wk and have boys in baseball, t-ball, and band. Ball and school are about over and work has hired me some help. When I get the nerve up, I will get my hernia fixed and not work for a few weeks. I'm glad you guys are doing OK.

Work has been busy for me too. I work for a oil refinery and we can't make this $4 a gallon fast enough. Home life is even busier because I have 3 children playing competitive soccer. Only 2 weeks left in the season and then hopefully get some play time!

I'm not real busy, but gas prices are getting me down. I bought a bike to lighten the load, but prices have gone up so fast that I still feel guilty taking the Jeeps out in the woods. This past weekend however, I vowed to forget the cost for a few days and get some trail time in. Pre-ran some trails in the Scrambler Friday night. Then on Saturday I lead a small group from my club, as well as a bunch of guys from JK-Forum, on a run through the Pines. The trail we took was almost all under water. I had never seen it that wet, and I was in the Wrangler so there was a serious pucker factor. Then I took the family out for a short run on Sunday. Come Tuesday, reality set back in, so I have no idea when my Jeeps will get out to play again.

The wife and I car swapped last week due to gas prices. It's cool, a 2005 grand cherokee to commute in isn't bad at all. Though I did spend a week wheelin in moab last month so its not that bad.

Been busy with work also, and cause the gas prices high there at $4.15/gal. I feel bad for my bro cause he has to pay $4.50 for 91oc cause of his car.

I have been lurking everyday but not much to post lately. Getting ready for the move to Alabama in a month. Just got back from a recon trip to Montgomery over the long weekend. Already in love with the place. We are renting in the country and there are a bunch of backwood country roads to get off of.

Ive been super-busy at work. I have a Honda ruckus scooter as a demo, so I've been taking that to work. Gets over 100mpg. Looking forward to jeepin' season though. Its been really wet and cold here lately.
Oh, and I've been busy building a new deck to put my hot tub on. That's done as of last night
Glad everyone is well.

Busy here, too... Had a heart attack early last week, a cardiac cath midweek, followed by emergency open-heart surgery (six bypasses). Not a good week, but I'm certainly happy to be alive. Other than that, things are good.

Thanks. Praying not necessary... I'm fortunate. Besides I've seen worse and am reasonably comfortable. No complaints here... will probably add years to my life. Just thought It'd be humorous to relay what I'd been up to. On the plus side, I get to goof off for the next month.
