Well Sunday brought the first 80 degree day this year. Got the LJ out and hand washed and waxed (good old Turtle wax) her today. Man you really get a chance to see all the trail pin stripes. Now she's all nice and shinny and ready for a full summer. Sure wish I had gotten the soft top on. Maybe next weekend.

Those are my winter wheels. Sort of backwards, I know. I bought them right after I got the Jeep. I picked the BFG/AT as a good all around tire. Well it's really not a good enough mud/rock tire. I won a set of Goodyear MT/R's and put them on some cheaper Cragers . So these became my winter tires, much better in the snow and on wet pavement.

We're expecting 80 degree temps this weekend, I'm going to do the same thing (wash, wax, etc.). I've got some Bestop fender flares that are supposed to be here soon, so I hope to put those on too. My hardtop will be coming off in a few weeks, can't wait! Moneypit, your Jeep looks great!!

Hey thanks! When you get the Bestop Flares on post up some pics and your opinion of them. I have broken my Bushwackers twice and will not buy them again.
