Was wheeling this weekend up on my grandfathers farm in New Grenada, PA and it came across to me that I could maybe open something up to the public. Granite its not going to be paragon or rausch creek but the land has plenty of rocks and some pretty cool trails that I've started cutting and making. There is around 1500 acres there and my grandfather and I are trying to buy more. Since there isn't that much land I would probably put a limit of around 40 vehicles at any given time which I doubt that you would even see that many. I would make camping available on-site. Also I like being able to wheel at night which is somehting I would probably look into doing. Anyways, would anyone be interested in coming to this place or would you rather just stick with Paragon, Rausch, or Wellsville is kinda close too I guess. Accepting thoughts and ideas! Here is the location where the red dot is Here is a pic of the place. The land takes up the whole picture, goes a little more to the left and right, and goes over top the mountain. Heres a few pics I took this past weekend And I can come up with a few more cars if that is your thing!

I think anyone living within a few hours time would be interested!! I know I am! I'm just south of Winchester VA, about 90 minutes or so away.

That sure is pretty land. Bonnie and I were back in Valley Forge this week. I had forgotten how cool it was to be in all those trees during the Fall.
You may want to consider some sort of controlled access, especially if you allow camping. Dirtbags will come, and you'll quickly be seething over the beer bottles and soiled diapers all over your pristine land.
With that said, what you are considering is very generous.

Go for it! Looks like you are over the hurdle already. I want to do the same thing down between VA Beach & 95 There is a huge void in this area of a lack of legal wheeling places. But I don't even have the land. I say go for it.
