Where is Hollister? My gay best friend love wearing Hollister! I am driving from SD to SF on 1st of July then head north on 101 to the Redwoods to meet up with him then head east to Lassen then head south to Tahoe then 395 to Mono Lake then back to SD. Have fun! I might run into you, I will be sure to wave at oncoming Jeeps! I think I will be driving more than 2000miles on this epic road trip, and I don't want to think about the cost of gas!!

I've got a 4 day weekend, and I'll spend most of it working in my basement. I'm sure at some point I'll throw the boys in the Wrangler and take a run through the Pine Barrens. Maybe if I'm really lucky, I can get in a few hours by myself in the Scrambler. The weather looks iffy, so I doubt I'll get the roof off the Wrangler this week. My wife gave me the hardtop hoist for Christmas, and I still haven't had a chance to pull the roof this summer.

How's living aboard treating you, Mike?
I've got the whole week off and would love nothing better than to spend it on the boat. But, the wife's Dad is deathly ill and I've got Kid Duty. Not up to sailing and entertaining them, too.
We will get out on the 4th for fireworks, though. We usually do a daysail, lunch and swimming with guests, then steaks and burgers on the hook while we wait for the fireworks.
Always a great day on the water.

heya zion, Hollister is on the way to SF, it's about 2 hours south of SF. It's a real fun off road park with trails that are easy to double black diamond. If you have a chance to make it and want to go wheelin let me know.

I was recently asked what the best & worst parts of living there were. My answer, climbing up top in the morning with coffee or wine at dusk & soaking it all in. Worst, rain & soaking it all in I need to fix a few leaks up top . We'll be on the hook too, out in front ov VA Beach to watch the fireworks Then head back in for margaritas

Just got in after a week on the boat... Ain't Life grand?
That feeling always lasts until the first crisis, here's hoping it takes a few days before the first crisis...
Glad it's going good for you, Mike.

The club I belong to was in my cities parade, it was our third time, We have a great time, the audiance just loves it when we park on each others tires. We stack tires four jeeps wide and the crowd goes wild.
