There is wheeling in Gore...thats all I know! Never been there myself. Right now there is about 4 of us going. Its the saturday and sunday of the weekend of the 14th. $25 a day

Waynesboro Va right at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mts,
I go up to George Washington National Forest a lot and down to Crab Tree Falls and run those trails
