Did anyone get to go to Camp Jeep 2005 in the Poconos?
Did Jeep have anything interesting (like new add-ons) for the Unlimited? I remeber last year was when many of us got to see the half top soft top.
Any info on future directions or any plans for the last year of the TJ and LJ?

I was there this year. (My First) There was nothing that new there for the Unlimiteds, but I did see the half top for the first time on a Rubicon Unlimited in the retail tent. I had no idea that the Unlimited's were such a hit, but they were all over the place there.
I was a little disappointed that there weren't very many aftermarket vendors present. OK4WD was there camped out outside of the gates, and that was pretty much it.

By the way, I have a ton of pics, and a few videos from the Camp Jeep: Pocono Mountains. Let me know if you would like to check out some of the theme jeeps, or concepts...I am pretty sure I got photos of just about everything.

I was there {our first also} and also disappointed that there were very few aftermarket vendors there - the SkyJacker guys told me they had a tent set up a couple of miles from the ski area but I never made it over there. We did trail G on Friday and H on Saturday - only got stuck once on H. I had my sister and her husband in front of me in their brand new Rubicon {less then 1000 miles when they arrived} on the trails - it was funny because while we were bouncing around, they looked like they were out for a Sunday drive.....I wish I had waited for the employee discount and picked up the Rubi Unlimited!

You really didn't miss much. The Skyjacker guys were set up next to the OK4WD guys just down the road. I would have thought they would have had more stuff there.

I think the Camp Jeep people should let them in - even if they told them they couldn't sell anything inside it would still give all of us a chance to feel, touch, examine and even drool over some of the aftermarket products out there - a catalog just doesn't cut it all the time.

I agree. I was surprised that I didn't see the AEV people there with any of their stuff. From lloking at their website, it appears they have been at every other Camp Jeep. There was an AEV TJ with the Hemi conversion, and some of their goodies on it, but no booth that I could see, and they were not outside the gates either. There was an AEV Brute at the OK4WD place down the road though.
