Exnon Flares painted and installed got the directions and here is what they said, click on pix. went to a couple of paint shops and the material is quite expensive so here is what we ended up doing washed the flares with a dish washer soap than rinsed used a prep wipe towelette and than washed again. ( prep wipe is a wax and grease remover) applied 2 coats of a adhesive promoter ( it helps the paint stick to the flares and is clear) 3 coats of silver. all was done using Dupli-Color paint and products The install was just putting the screws and retainers back where the came from. going back on was easier than taking them off.

R these flexable like the other xenon flares? The others can take some good abuse before they actually break.

seem to be, not brittle like bushwhackers and will bend back in place. I jit a tree with the front and thought it was a goner but not a scrape on it .you would need to have been there to believe it . everyone was joking me that they were gone until I got out and looked.

I love the look of those. Nice job and write up. When I break all the rest of my Bushwackers those are the next flares I'm getting!
