My 2004.5 unlimited seems to have quite a bit of condensation in the rear brake/turn signals! Is this any cause for alarm, if so what is a good plan of action.

Hmm....I figure you should be able to just dry it out and put a bit of silicon around the outside edge before you put the lens back on. I've had mine apart (put in some metallic tape for some additional reflection to make the lights brighter) and I don't really see that it'd be much of an issue if you are using some good dielectric grease.
But I'm far from being an expert.
