my 05 LJ heater switch only blows on the full blast setting. all other settings register as "off." Anyone had this problem? any ideas?

Yes, I had it. It's a simple fix. Mine was under warrenty. It is a resister if I remember right. My dealer fixed while I waited.

It's the blower motor resister...pretty common problem. Should be covered under warrenty.

Mine had this as well...it was also the resistor. The stealership took care of it while it was under warranty.
