I got it and it went together in 20 minutes. solid construction, but we'll see how well it works. I'm waiting on help to put it to work.

I put the HT on it and it seems secure if put in an area where no wind blows - the top is so tall that it's naturally uneasy. The cart doesn't look like it'll damage the top whatsoever, but if you order onemake sure they send you the unlimited strap - mine's too short so i'll be calling tomorrow

How much room does it take up?

it literally stands straight up - adding about 6in" to the height if you were to stand it up on end. you'll need either a tall garage or a garage with beams for a ceiling, cause when that thing's upright, it is HUGE. footprint is small though, so that's awesome. it's also on 4 swiveling castors, two of which have brakes on them.
UPDATE: bestop doesn't sell this product with a strap that fits the unlimited, although advertising that they are compatible. I had to tie a knot to secure it onto the cart - bestop was no help. keep that in mind if you want to order something and sit on backorder.
