Hey. I have the hiiden hitch round tube with the 2" receiver. The problem I have is that the tailpipe rattles against the hitch, and is a terrible loud clanging sound.
Does anyone have this setup, adn problem.
If so, any solutions??
I have an 05 unlimited with the stock bumper, and 2" BB

I've got the draw-tite hitch and no rattles whatsoever. You could always climb under there and see if you can loosen the muffler clamps a bit, add a spacer/shim/washers/etc... and that may slide it over enough to fix the problem.

Heard of people taking a torch and slightly bending their tail pipe away from the hitch.

its more of a front - to - back issue. If the pipe was a inch further forward, of 1/2 inch lower I would be fine.
I though about bending the bracket on which the rubber mount is on, but it looks pretty thick.

I ended up bending the two brackets on the the tailpipe and the one moounted to the frame, so allow the tailpipe to hang about 1/2 - 1 inch lower. Everything is perfect now.
