Tires size question

To all,
I have what I feel like is a very very dumb question but here it goes. The tires on my LJ are 15 inch but will a 16 tire work on it. Would like to have a 16x8 rim with 16 in tire after I put on my RE 4.5....HELP!?!

Yep, you can put a 16" wheel on there no problem. Rubicons come with 16" wheels, so that should help make it clear...just make sure you get the proper backspacing to keep the tires from rubbing up on your spring perches and swaybar.

Ummm...did you ask if 16" tires will fit on 15" wheels? Or did I misunderstand you?

Obviously 16" tires won't fit on 15" wheels. I like the look of the 16" Rubi wheels if you can manage to find any. If you find a place that does takeoffs, they usually come with the rubber.
