Hi, I have a 88 wrangler with 4.2.. I had a wiring fire in engine harness area.. I am trying to make since of wires and seperating wires.. I know I dont need all the sensors and emissions wiring . Can someone tell me which wires on that harness are the ones that have to be hooked up??? like the exact colors maybe a basic diagram.It would make it so much easier to get it running again... If not could you tell me where to turn??

Hey Rick, Sorry about your wiring problem. But most guys here have 04 and newer rigs. So I don't know how much help you will get here. Have you tried the guys over at www.jeepforum.com ? They have lots of YJ guys that may be able to help out. Good luck! |

I had a '89 wrangler with the 4.2 Other than replacing a few corroded wires....I didn't do much. I know a lot of eople had good luck with unplugging the electric feedback carb.
