I recently installed a bl/bmml and now I have a clicking/clunking noise from underneath the body. I Had it a while back, and when looking underneath I noticed a hose/pipe of some sort on the side of the t-case was out of its clamp. I put it back in, but the noise has gotten worse. It sounds as if something is loose, and I can feel it on my feet through the floor when I hit a bump. I was just wonderign if there was anything in particular that I could check that someone else may have had a problem with???

I am not sure, but you might check, the transfer case skid. I had a regular lift done 3" teraflex, I was not expecting the t-case drop, but they put spaces on the front of the skid to keep the drive shaft from hitting the t-case skid when hitting bumps and when flexing. I dont know if this might occur with a bl or mml but you might look at the front drive shaft where it goes into the t-case skid. If it is hitting it should show a ring on the drive-shaft where it has rubbed, or maybe a bright spot on the t-case skid. Dont really know but I would check there.

Might want to check your transfer case linkage....it has been known to knock on the center hump area after a MML/BL.

I'll check that thanks. I did notice that the transfer case lever is tilted backand up some, and I find it hard to get into 4hi and 4 lo. The instructions from JKS recommended not using the shift lever relocation bracket, but maybe I should have.
IN the meantime I thin the noise is the front u-joint. There is a fair bit of play in and I can see teh u-joint moving when I shake it with my hand. Gonna have teh dealer take care of that one.
has anyone else wiht teh bl/mml had problems with the t-case lever??

I used the TC Drop bracket with my JKS BL/MML and it shifts better than stock. Dirk at DPG offroad recommended it. That was the first thought when you said you could feel it through the floor. They mention it hitting a few times over on the Jeeps Unlimited forums... Sucks that your 05 needs a new U joint already though...hope thats it and it gets taken care of.
