Just had the Nth Degree Tummy Tuck and a Daystar 1" body lift installed. Had to adjust the Skid Row engine/oil skid because with the tummy tuck the Skid Row hits the transmission pan before the transfer case skid. I now have 16" clearance minimum and 17" at the frame. Sorry but I forgot to measure before. All in all I am very happy with the extra clearance. I had trouble getting hung up on the last run. Hopes this helps. The only problem is some vibs at idle up to 30mph. The Nth Degree guys say this happens some times but only on the automatics. Anyone have this problem? If so, what fixed it? Here are a few pics.

Wow! That looks great! I am soooo jealous. Is there a chance that the vibes are coming from driveline angles? Boy, I want to put on this skid, but figure I need to add the SYE and CV driveshaft first.
That belly is so smooth. Very nice work.

I don't think it's driveline. I feel it at a dead stop and as I accelerate up to about 30 and it disappears. It feels like the trans mount is sending the vibes into the tummy tuck and through the frame.

From Nth Degree Mobility's web site:
Since a fairly ‘soft’ (low durometer) neoprene rubber is used for the new trans mounts, they provide the same level of isolation as stock – making idling and driving down the highway just as smooth as before (again assuming you’ve got the drive shafts right). The only side effect of the dual mounts is that you may feel two or three slight ‘jolts’ as the engine starts – this is normal and in no way harmful to anything.
Is there a chance that you're skid is missing some rubber?

I am going to remove the Skid Row engine/oil skid and see if thats what doing it. It will for sure isolate the problem to the Nth Degree tummy tuck. As for the drive shafts being the problem, I don't think so. When I start the Jeep up in park I have vibs. Put it in gear, foot on the brake the vibs go up. Start to take off it shakes more and slowly disappears at 30MPH. I will look around but it looks like all the rubber is where it should be. Could it be over torqued, compressing the rubber to much?

Remove the rear DS and drive if vibes disapear, then you need to adjust your rear pinion if you have the vibes, then it obviously wasnt the driveshaft but........you changed your driveline angle by 2.5" when you install the skid So your pinion angle is gonna be off.
Adjustable Upper Control arms might be what you need.
Also you might want to check the exhaust

No MML. I took off the Skid row and it still vibrates. So I then jacked up the exhaust a little and got in and started it. Seems the vibs disappeared even when reving it up. Could not drive it to be sure. It looks to me as if the cat. converter is touching the Nth degree. Since I have the vibs with out moving I didn't think it was driveshaft. But if this exhaust moving doesn't do it thats my next option. Thanks

That setup looks great Moneypit !
Is the 1 BL mandatory with the nth degree skid? I've looked on AEV's website and read as many details as I could, but could not find a definitive answer. Thanks.

The BL is not a necessity. It just makes it much easier. You have to dimple your floor in one place because it's so tight. I also would think you may get some vibes coming through the transfer case into the floor with it so tightly stuffed in. Plus the BL give you some extra Clarence in the wheel wells also. Both are good things.
