Your bumpsteer description seems accurate. I put on the trackbar quite a while ago. If I remember right you only drill the original trackbar hole slightly larger. The trackbar centers the front and rear axles. With the stock trackbar as you raise the suspension the front axle moves over. I just know that it helped my problem along with setting the toe-in correctly. Not sure if this was what you were after. Also you have to replace the stock steering stabilizer.
