i'm pretty upset - I was going to take my jeep offroad for the first time at some ATV park by lake cumberland in Kentucky this weekend - on the way there a damn gravel road punctured my tire. needless to say, after I changed the tire, I didn't go because I was nervous about not having a spare anymore. I drove back to chicago without getting my jeep dirty!!! what a shame.
here's a question for you guys, do our stock tires come with a warrantee or not? I'd like to know before i have to blow 21 bucks on a patch

They're Good Year tires, so...yes they carry a road hazard warranty...it should be in your glove box with all the other paperwork you got. Take it to ANY tire shop and they'll fix it for free....even if they don't sell Good Year tires. Fixing flats for free is what the tire shops do to promote themselves... I've never paid to have a flat fixed in Oregon, Idaho, or Washington...I'm assuming other states are the same.

just got my warrantee out and in the "not covered" section
I quote "Road hazards (includes, but not limited to, punctures, cuts, snags, impact breaks, etc.)
basically, i'm up a creek. I'll see what I can do though, the guy did kind of feel bad about the 3k old tires popping a hole. If it needs replacing instead of patching, I'm probably going to ditch the set and go for larger ones. what kind of all terrain tire gets punctured by a gravel road?

Sorry about your tire problem. If the Goodyear dealer finds it's a workmanship or manufacturing problem ,you have a chance. I say this is a good reason to upgrade to something bigger and better. If you had the Goodyear GSA tires, they are know as GET STUCK ANYWAY so it may have been a favor it happened on the road and not out on the trail. c
