I have a bit of an issue and need some possible solutions.
I have an 05 Unlimited with the standard sport seats. Currently the seat has far too much lower lumbar support. It is to the point that my back is over arched forwards and is causing me quite a bit of pain. Almost to the point that I don't want to drive it.
I've done some research on the subject over on JU and Jeepforum and am not quite sure what to do to remedy this as I love this vehicle and want to continue daily driving it.
I've read that installing seat lifts will reduce the pain as the newer jeeps seats sit roughly 1-1.5 inches lower than the older TJ's. Installing the lift will reduce pressure on the tailbone (which is where I'm feeling the majority of pain) Is this true?
I'm going to try one of those wedge shaped cushins at brookstone and see if this will help.
I guess a last resort is replacing the seats with something aftermarket.
Any advice would be appreciated,
Pete

Thanks,
I wonder what kind of seats those are.
