I ordered a 2008 Unlimited 3 weeks ago because I absolutely love it. I've driven Ford Explorers for most of my driving career and it was no problem crossing over to the Jeep family. I've never gone off-roading and really look forward to getting my new baby dirty.
I've read mixed reviews about the '07 Unlimited but haven't seen any articles on any improvements or changes for the '08 model. Has anyone seen anything?
I'm 34 years old and feel like I'm 4 waiting in anticipation for Christmas morning when my red rock Unlimited arrives!

First off, welcome. You have upgraded to a very dependable and versatile vehicle. Once you finally go offroading, your gonna wish you did so a long time ago. Where abouts do you live? ~JN

Thanks for the warm welcomes. I think I have 2 more weeks until my 4-door dream arrives so I'm getting pretty impatient. Just glad to be part of a cool group of fanatics. I don't know how much off-roading I'll be doing but I'm so excited.
I'm from New Jersey and am learning the lingo as I go along but not sure why the Unlimited is called JK?
