Finally got the ACOS and installed them last night and finished today. Took it out for a short ride and the banging was gone . Almost every time I hit a bump it would bang/clunk, the front was at 6" from the tire and the rear was at 7 3/4", the winch, plate and bumper really add up. I'll leave the it as is. Going to put the hard top on today, this will probably even it out.

I have a 2" BB and it sits down in the front. the shop said I could do it or use 3" springs in the front. its about the same price . Do you still have room to adjust if you need to. my winch and bumper are the problem also.Is it just swapping the 2" puck out and putting in the ACOS.

Yeah, I had a 3/4" spacer and it had dropped quite a bit. It's easy, just take out the puck and the stock rubber bushing and put in the ACOS. Adjust if you need to. You'll might need to adjust it after installation, I had about 3/4" after. I left it alone cause I put the hard top on right after. It should balance out(?).

I left it alone cause I put the hard top on right after. It should balance out(?). I know when I put my hardtop on this fall, (first winter with my RE lift), the hardtop almost leveled out the Jeep. I have a Kilby front bumper, BUT NO winch yet. In the rear, a Jeeperman rear tire carrier & full size spare. I did install a 3/4" spacer when I did my lift, in preparation of the rake I would encounter up front. Now with the hardtop, it's just about level.
