I took the hard top off of my 2008 4 door Sahara to get the soft top out. I put the hard top back on. Now I am getting some wind whistle on the front left corner of the driver's side panel. I can't really feel air coming through but can definitely hear it. Any suggestions?

I don't own a JK so the only advise i can give is to take the top off and make sure none of the seals/rubber linings aren't pinched. Then put it back on as prefect as you can and see if that works good luck.
You can also try a other forum called jk-forum.com and see if they can also give you some help with your problem.

Let the dealership find it. It can be time consuming. After doing what jeepguylj said it ususally involves masking tape and a lot of test driving. It can be something really wierd. I once had a Chevy pickup whistle because the parking light lense didn't center in the hole in the bumper. Re-centered it so the gap was equal (eliminated the very tight spot) and the whistle went away.
