Just would like to see what kind of tires are being used and the air pressure everyone is using for the streets. Right now I have Pro Comp M/T 32/11.50/15 and I was using 40 lbs. I have done some research on some other sites and I am trying 34 lbs with today being the first day. When it's time for tires I am staying with the 32's and going with Coopers STT's or BFG M/T's or if money allows Goodyear MT/R. Kinda like the siping though. Your is good.

I run 24 psi on the street and 12 on the trail on my Micky Thompson Baja MTZ's in 33X12.5X15 on black steelies, I have almost 20 k miles on them and rotate every 5k, I use the 5 tire rotation, as the tire for the spare will degrade with or without use, so I will replace all 5 when it comes time. Damned if you don't, Damned if you do. Still need to do the chalk test but just havnt taken the time.

I'll givr it the test this afternoon. 40 was stiff and just droping it down to 34 made a difference. I think 30 will be the sweet spot, I find out by the end of the day. Still would like to hear what others are doing.

I have 2 sets both 32x11.5. Goodyear MT/R's and BFG/AT and run them both at 28 unless I have a real load in the back or have my Camper attached, then I run 30. They seem to be wearing even.

40 psi is pretty high. I target 28psi, but it fluctuates a few psi over time.

Thanks, I hope input keeps coming, So far I see everybody but me is around 28 to 30. Yep, 40 is pretty high, as I have found out. I have never had any bad wearing problems, things looked even. But now I see the light, I have mine at 30 right now and it rides better, no problems, can tell the difference when I am turning. I'll get the chalk out on Saturday and see what it shows.

Running at 35, you feel EVERY pebble on the road.

Thanks for the advice. Going to leave it at 30 maybe up 3, Thinking that Pro Comp's M/T tire has weaker side walls ?
